Having the goal in mind we proposed some changes. One of them consisted in making some adjustments to the interface so as to allow users to have a look at the benefits attached to their membership by simply entering the numbers of their card, without navigating the site.

Another proposal consisted in displaying information about the benefits on the body of the site. These changes enhanced the user experience and the site practicity.
